Stipulations of Map Camera Original Warranty
- Products that are qualified for Original Warranty
The price of used camera’s body or used lens are over ¥20,000 (without tax) at our store.
New product will have manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty period
New product – Equivalent period of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Used product – 6 months from the purchase date. (There are some exceptions)
- The contents of the Warranty(Used products)
Any malfunctions cost buy usual use (only for nature damages), please bring your valid warranty to our store, or send it to us, we will pay the maximum of your product price for your repair fees.
※ If is new product, please bring the manufacturer’s warranty to our store or send it to us. However, you will need to bear the delivery fees.
※ Although your warranty is valid, if any following situations take place, you will need to pay for the repair fee.
- 1）Non-effect scratches, hollows, dust, mold and stains or malfunctions, appearance damages that customers has checked before their purchases.
- 2）Breakage from impropriate use; repair it at other stores or remodel.
- 3）Breakdown and breakage that caused by dirt, sand, water, etc.
- 4）Breakdown and breakage that caused by natural calamities or fires.
- 5）Imperfection of custody or mending that cost breakdown, breakage or mold, rust, deterioration, discoloration, etc.
- 6）Damaged consumable materials, consumable parts that need to be exchanged.
- 7）Breakdown or breakage that cost by willful or gross negligence.
- Initial malfunction
For incipient malfunction product, we provide following services.
- New product – you can have two weeks for exchanging your malfunction product.
- Used product (Digital Camera, lenses, flash, battery grip, motordrive) – you can have two weeks for returning your initial malfunction product.
- Used product (Film camera, tablet PC ) – you can have 1 month for returning the incipient malfunction.
- Consignment sales – In some cases we cannot accept you any returns. In some cases,you can have one week for returning the initial malfunction product.
- Ued accessories and junk product – We do not accept any returns or exchange.
Initial malfunction means malfunctions that cost by usual use.
Non-effect scratches, hollows, dust, mold and stains or malfunctions of used products or consignment sale products, appearance damages that customers has checked before you make the order.
