Customer who purchase over ¥20,000(without tax) for used cameras bodies or lenses (there are exceptions as well). New product has original warranty from the manufacturers.
Terms of Map Camera Warranty
[New]： Depends on the original manufactures.
[Used] ：Maximum six months from the purchase day.
Contents of Map Camera Warranty(for Used Cameras)
Product with initial failures, please bring the warranty with you to our store. The repair is for free.
We also help customers to repair without a warranty or after the warranty’s expiration.
Please let us know if you need this kind of service.
Before you use this warranty, please read the Stimulations of Map Camera Original Warranty first.
Policy of Return and Exchange
Product with initial failure, we can provide you the following return or exchange services.
New
Exchange is acceptable within two weeks from the day of your purchase.
Used(digital cameras, exchangeable lenses, flash lights, battery clips, motor drives)
Return is acceptable within two weeks from the day of your purchase.
Used(film cameras, tablet PC)
Return is acceptable within one month from the day of your purchase.
Consignment sales
Some of them are acceptable within one week since the day of your purchase. (Some of them cannot be returned)
Used accessories, junk product
※ Initial failure means the product got damaged or the product cannot be functioned normally. For used and consignment sale products, the damages that you had already notice before the purchase, such as, scratches on the bodies or inside the bodies, dusts, etc, cannot be considered as initial failure in this case.
